- You can make yourself focus when you’re brain can’t, being able to focus is a skill you can learn
- Talk to yourself out loud, remind yourself you need to focus so you can get things done
- Sit in an upright position and keep you eyes open. Having your body in control helps you focus
- Keep the end result in mind, and constantly remind yourself of your goal
